About Us

Why was SweetStar Intelligence founded? Because we ourselves are patients, and so are the people around us.

In our long-term diabetes community, we've seen too many recurring challenges: learning device usage, coordinating diet, exercise, and sleep, identifying causes of abnormalities, and seeking help across multiple platforms. These aren't one-time tasks—they happen every single day.

AI shouldn't start by searching for patients; it should emerge from the real lives of patients.

SweetStar Intelligence grew from a real community of Type 1 diabetes patients. We have earned long-term patient trust, accumulated genuine challenges, and built deep knowledge—the most scarce foundation for building a Personal Diabetes Agent.

We are currently focusing on Type 1 diabetes patients with complex management needs and high device usage, with plans to gradually expand to LADA and the broader population requiring long-term diabetes management.
